Return Policy
All sales are final. We accept returns for refund or exchange, for items damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was received.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must email us within 7 days of receiving the product at info@monroemeadowboutique.com with a photo of the damage or incorrect item received. Upon verification of email receipt showing damaged or incorrect item was received, a replacement item will be shipped to you. If a replacement is not available, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will not be included in your refund. If an incorrect item was received, we may ask that the item be returned and return shipping instructions will be emailed to you.
Monroe Meadow Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Monroe Meadow Boutique will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
